This is Candace & I at Scandals last night.
Manny and I were the only people there who weren’t ancient.
Old gays and lesbians are strange and beautiful creatures.
Candace was young for that crowd too. I mean she’s thirty, but we were dancing with 50 year olds.
Candace did spotlight 2 for the drag show, so we sat up in the eves and had fun while she followed the ladies with the big red light.
It was for Dining Out For Life, which is an AIDS benefit. We ate at Mela first, which was also to benefit WNCAP. Then listened to Stephaniesid and saw a drag show at Scandals.
Good night. Manny took these pictures and sent them to me.

She leaves in the second week of June. I’m going to be very sad.

Me: what?
Candace: Oh my God..
Me: What?
Candace: Stacy sent me a text saying she saw pictures of Rihanna hanging out at a strip club for 4:20... Dead.
Me: Wait, what?!
Candace: I guess Rihanna died.
Me: Hold on... Did she say she saw pictures of her hanging out at a strip club, end that sentence, and then say "Dead," with a period?
Candace: ...yeah...
Me: I don't think Rihanna is dead, I think Stacy is. It's a tumblr thing... Like, "It's killing me."
Candace: Oh.
My new straightener rocks! This isn’t perfect but it only took a few minutes and my hair was crazy curly before. #moneytuesday
